1) Calibrate your shot
– 5 spots (baseline, 45, center, 45 and baseline)
– make 10
– 1-2 feet away from the basket

2) roll the ball to yourself shooting drill (from left side of the floor to right
– 5 spots baseline, 45, center, 45 and baseline)
-10 makes per spot
– game speed
– roll the ball to yourself
-10’~ 15’ from the basket
– foot work : Establish the left foot and then swing / quick step your right foot over.
– once that’s done 10 makes FT

2.1) roll the ball to yourself shooting drill
– everything the same but going from right side of the floor to left.
– game speed
– footwork : Establish right foot and then swing quickstep with your left foot
– 10 FT after finished
This drill extends from 10’-15’ to 15’-3 point line
3)chair shooting drill
– have a chair at the top of the circle
-game speed
-start from left to right
– roll the ball to yourself to the top
-use the chair as a defender – once catches the ball square the defender up we sweep under (over) your knee 1 dribble pull-up (2 dribble/ pump fake pull-up)
– 10 makes
– after that’s done 10 make FT

3.1) same drill but do it from the left side
