Expectations of players

  • The commitment to this competitive program is from Sept 1 to March 15+

(For U15 – U18, Sept 1 – Nov 30)

  • The goal of the program is to assist players to become the best that they can be. We want to foster the development of a strong team atmosphere. Commitment is an important part of the development of this environment and it is strongly encouraged that all players strive to attend at least 2+ practices a week.
  • If a player is unable to attend practice, we would appreciate being advised in advance that they will not be attending via team app (Sports Engine).
  • We believe that playing a variety of sports develops stronger, more well-rounded athletes but would appreciate that we all reduce the number of conflicting activities during a playing season in consideration of the coaches and their teammates.
  • As in all competitive play, playing time is the coach’s sole responsibility and decision. Therefore, all players may not receive equal playing time. It is our goal to have ALL players play as much as we can manage, while still developing a strong, competitive program.
